 SALARIES AND FEES
The compensation payable to the directors is decided by the company's annual general meeting each year. The salary and other benefits of the managing director are set by the board of directors.

The Julius Tallberg Real Estate Corporation directors are not compensated through options or other incentive plans.
Personnel incentive systems
The company operates a personnel incentive plan confirmed on 13 February 2008, which supports the attainment of the company's longterm and near-term objectives. The basis of the managing director's and employees' incentive compensation and the magnitude of bonus payments are fixed annually by the board of directors. Both the managing director's and employees' option arrangements have been discontinued. The managing director and company personnel are covered by a voluntary retirement plan costing EUR 27,000 in 2007.
