In accordance with the flagging notice Oy Mogador Ab ( Y-0798149-7) has today, on 25th of September, 2008, obtained by a purchase of shares of Julius Tallberg Real Estate Corp. an ownership of the company that exceeds 1/10 of the total share capital of the Company. After the purchase of the shares the ownership of Oy Mogador Ab is 2,643,000 shares of the Company representing 10,01% of the total share capital and voting rights of the Company.
